Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order.

During periods of high demand or limited releases, processing times may be extended slightly. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days after your order has shipped, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.


Shipping Destinations

At this time, we ship within the United States & Canada only.


Delays

Bent Collective is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs (if applicable in the future), or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Bent Collective is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly. You may also reach out to us at support@thebentcollective.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
