Returns
We offer a 15-day return policy, return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery confirmation.
To be eligible for a return:
-Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them
-All original tags must be attached
-Items must be returned in their original packaging
-Proof of purchase is required

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please review all size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Due to the nature of apparel and individual fit preferences:
Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear or use
Minor variations in color, texture, or fit may occur between production runs

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different size or item is to:
-Submit a return request for the original item
-Place a new order once your return is approved
This helps ensure availability and faster processing.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be:
-Unworn and unused
-With tags attached
-In original packaging
-Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Processing typically takes up to 10 business days
